FROM HOME ( 31.997 KM )

Each and every person grows up with a different rhythm to life, as we move our bodies whilst dancing and move our bodies whilst traveling amongst different cultures. The different movements and cultures meet during the first connection.

As a dancer, what is your habitat? Where do you come from and what is the impact of your origin on your dancing?

In this audiovisual portrait series I filmed three dancers from NDTSummer Intensive, each of them from a different part of the world.
I asked them what home means to them, and how it reflects in their dancing. Afterwards they meet each other for the first time, expressing their own rhythm to life.
